At Flattered, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel, removing any old tracking stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality team inspects the return.
